FIELD: medicine, orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: prosthesis joint has an upper part of a joint, a lower part of a joint, a hinged axis which connects these both parts together and which is tightly connected with a joint's part, and also a shock absorber for joint's rotation. To achieve, in particular, more compact construction of a joint it is suggested to include a shock absorber into one of joint's parts and make an impact right upon a hinged axis which is tightly connected with another part of a joint. EFFECT: higher efficiency to obtain mutually rotating connection of orthopedic apparatus's parts during prosthesis procedures. 10 cl, 6 dwgo
