PRODUCTION OF PIPE LINING MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily produce a pipe lining material having a multilayered structure with good workability. SOLUTION: A guide tube 3 is inserted into the outer surface layer 1 constituted by covering the outer surface of a tubular resin absorbing material 1A with a plastic film 1B and, after an inner layer 2 composed of a separate tubular resin absorbing material 2A is inserted into the guide tube 3, the guide tube 3 is drawn out in such a state that the outer surface layer 1 and the inner layer 2 are fixed and the tubular resin absorbing materials 1A, 2A of the outer surface layer 1 and the inner layer 2 are impregnated with a curable resin to produce a pipe lining material. Since the outer surface layer 1 and the inner layer 2 are respectively separately produced, the production of them can be performed with good workability and the damage of the plastic film 1B applied to the outer surface of the outer layer 1 can be prevented.
