The top part of the rotary cone (10) has a top part (10a) and smaller diameter shank part (10b). A flange (11) on the top of the shank part has pressure pieces (12) and rests on a turntable (13). The cone and flange may be contained inside a hollow cylindrical housing (14) on the top of which is a container-support plate (15). The turntable is supported on rotary struts (16a-d), guide plates (18a-d) and base plate (19). The bottom end of the cone has a handle (20). Thrust pieces (17a,b) abut against the side surface of the peripheral part of the turntable.
