The method of sulphate delignification of lignin-cellulosic materials, especially wood, is commenced as follows: boiling solvent is added with the mixture of non-ionic surface-active substances in the process of condensation of aliphatic alcohol C12-C18 with, from 3 to 25 moles of ethylene oxide in quantity ranging from 0,02 to 0,45 per cent of the weight per dry matter, or, this mixture is added to disintegrated lignin-cellulosic material, e.g. wood chips, by impregnation or spraying, yet before th e delignification. Thus, the process of delignification is eccelerated and the pulp with a lower kappa number, lower content of non-boiled wood chips and noxious resin in liquor, as well as with higher scouring effectiveness is gained in comparison with the pulp prepared in the same conditions without a mixture of condensate allowance.
|
