发明名称 ERASE RECOVERY MEASURING METHOD
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the measurement/operation time of an erase recovery by repeating peating operation for obtaining the peak of a pulse just after sampling of a readout data signal is started plural times while successively prolonging the time from a switch to a read-out mode to a sampling start time and obtaining the erase recovery from these plural peak shift values. SOLUTION: The signal MK1 is raised from a low level to a high level to be made a write mode, and thereafter, e.g. after 50μs elapses, the signal MK2 is made from the high level to the low level to be made an erase mode. Then, the signal MK1 is made from the high level to the low level, and thereafter, the signal MK2 is made from the low level to the high level to generate a read-out data signal RD. The period of the read-out data signal RD is measured, and a time interval between a next count pulse and the next count pulse is measured, and an initial peak shift PS is measured to be measured/operated repeatedly.
