A process for the in-place moulding of semi-rigid integral-skin foam (ISF) comprises (a) evacuating a mould cavity to 933 hPa or below, (b) injecting a polyurethane (PU) material contg. a polyol component, an isocyanate component, a catalyst to give a good balance between foaming and hardening, and not more than 3 pts. wt. water to 100 pts. wt. polyol (the material contains no Freon), and (c) foaming the mixt. to fill the cavity with ISF. Also claimed is a PU material as above.
