PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To forcedly circula indoor air to an adsorbent and to improve the efficiency in cleaning the entire indoor air by covering a sirocco fan with a net contg. the adsorbent from the outside. SOLUTION: The air guide 2 of a well-known sirocco fan 1 is made of a fine-mesh material. An outside plate 3 is attached to a frame, the lower part is made into a trapdoor, and a closing lid 6 is mounted below the trapdoor. A closing lid 4 is attached to the upper part of the outside plate 3. An adsorbent 8 for formaldehyde, etc., treated with an amino compd. is introduced into the surface of silica gel, etc., from the lid 4, and the circulating air is sucked in from the side face and exhausted from the front. Accordingly, the indoor air is sucked in from a suction port 5 by the rotation of the sirocco fan 1. The sucked air is violently passed through the fine mesh of the air guide 2 and struck against the adsorbent 8. The cleaned air is returned indoors from a blowoff port 7 and circulated. |
