PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamping cylinder, a nipple, and a clamping system in which operation time without requiring cleaning can be elongated. SOLUTION: A clamping cylinder 1 to retract and clamp a pull-in nipple 21, the nipple 21, nd a clasping system comprising the clamping cylinder 1 and the pull-in nipple 21 are provided. The nipple 21 are repeatedly retracted to a correctly reproducible position. The clamping cylinder 1 has a center cavity extended through it, so the nipple 21 is retracted into the center cavity to be locked. The cylinder 1 is provided with a cleaning means to distribute cleaning liquid, and the nipple 21 is provided with at least one disconnection means.
