PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigator by which a direction to a destination can be displayed surely on a display part in a turning point such as a crossing or the like by a method in which on the basis of an input movement route, on the basis of a turning point for display and on the basis of a present position, a turning direction along the movement route is found when the turning point is brought close to a prescribed range. SOLUTION: A CPU 31 is provided with a GPS computing circuit 32, with a display computing circuit 36 and with a display circuit 38. On the basis of a running route which is input by a computer 34 for input, on the basis of a turning point for display and on the basis of a detected present position, the display computing circuit 36 finds a turning direction along a running route when the turning point is brought close to a prescribed range. In addition, the display computing circuit 36 is provided with a microcomputer which finds a distance up to the turning point and which performs various computing operations on the basis of a program and data which are stored in a built-in memory. A display part 30 reports a crew member so as to be guided by a voice from a loudspeaker 40 which is built in a helmet or from a loudspeaker 46 on a panel. |
