PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress any overshoot of a vehicle speed at the time of transmission from deceleration control to constant speed run control. SOLUTION: When decelerating operation for reducing a target vehicle speed is ended (t1), a throttle actuator operational quantity for making acceleration/ deceleration from a vehicle speed detected value to a target vehicle speed is calculated on the basis of a throttle valve opening detection value at the time and according to the calculated operational quantity, the throttle actuator is controlled in drive to open/close the throttle valve. Thereby, when the deceleration operation to the target vehicle speed is ended (t1), even though a control for the purpose of equalizing an actual vehicle speed to the target vehicle speed is started, any overshoot of the vehicle speed can be prevented without over- opening the throttle valve excessively by an already opened amount of the throttle valve. |
