PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently keep an elevator in a queued standby state by eliminating a floor for successful queuing from the scope of a queuing floor selection and, then, calculating a suitable queuing floor. SOLUTION: An elevator operation control device is equipped with a learning means 23 to learn a hall call occurrence time and a hall call floor, a queuing instruction means 24 to determine a queuing time and a queuing floor on the basis of the result of learning with the learning means 23 and then to output a queuing instruction, and an operation means 21 to operate an elevator in response to the queuing instruction. Regarding this device, the queuing instruction means 24, upon detecting the occurrence of a hall call on a queuing floor, eliminates a queue on the floor and determines a new queuing floor to output, a queuing instruction. |
