PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a milled rice can capable of facilitating a rice cooking operation and being easily and safely utilized by an aged person and a young person living alone and a double type automatic rice cooker for cooking and heat-insulating rice by using it. SOLUTION: This milled rice can 1 is composed by housing milled rice 18 in a can 10 handleable by an automatic vending machine. At the time of cooking the rice, the lid 14 is opened, the fixed amount of water is put in and it is cooked as it is. Also, this double type automatic rice cooker is provided with two pots capable of respectively housing the milled rice can, heating means provided in the respective pots for cooking or heat-insulating the milled rice in the milled rice can housed inside the pots and a control circuit for controlling the operation of the heating means. The milled rice can is suitably utilized for the outdoor life of camping or the like and for emergency when a disaster such as an earthquake or the like occurs as well. |
