PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To loop a coated optical fiber compactly and easily without twisting it. SOLUTION: A 1st guide member 2A which guides the coated optical fiber F so that one loop of an 8 shape is formed and a 2nd guide member 2B which guides it so that the other loop is formed are coupled through a connection part 3 so that they can be folded. The 1st guide member 2A and 2nd guide member 2A are open flatly to loop the coated optical fiber F in the 8 shape, and then the 1st guide member 2A and 2nd guide member 2B are folded to put the 8-shaped coated optical fiber F together in a single loop.
