Flushing channels in medical instruments with fluid

Each injector nozzle has a thruster (5a) movably fitted in an axial direction in a hollow cylinder. At its distal end it is matched to the shape of the instrument connection (151-153). It is so operable by the fluid fed into the hollow cylinder that the instrument channel to be flushed is outwardly sealed at the connection. An adjustment device (3) is provided, with which the injector nozzle is steplessly adjustable in relation to a static retainer (2). It allows a stepless rotation of the injector nozzle and has a squeeze screwing arrangement (3), with which the height and rotation position of the injector nozzle is fixable by clamping. The thruster is made of elastic material.
