PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical communication equipment for an unmanned carrier, capable of practically shortening the time required for information exchange including the processing time of information by performing communication between a ground side equipment and the unmanned carrier when running. SOLUTION: In this optical communication equipment of the unmanned carrier for performing the communication between the ground side equipment 2 and the unmanned carrier 1 by respectively providing optical transmitter-receivers 6 and 3 in the ground side equipment 2 and the unmanned carrier 1, plural half mirrors 5 are arranged in at least one of the ground side equipment 2 and the unmanned carrier 1 at the angle of about 45 degrees to the advancing direction of the unmanned carrier 1.
