The mirror surfaces or the surfaces of a body through which radiation is made and which have different refraction indices are adjustable with regard to the ambience and relatively to the guide, to allow the alignment of the surfaces as far as possible. The device can be provided with stops or positionable drives or controls for mirror positioning, in order to achieve the greatest possible repetitive accuracy during deflection of the light beam in relation to the deflection angle, the parallel displacement and the phase position of the light.
