PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a sheet hard to slip relative to hands and to improve effect of wiping dirt at a place to be cleaned, by making fine wrinkles on the surface of a bulky sheet to form a number of irregularity. SOLUTION: On the both sides of a first sheet S1 which is processed by a low crepe processing by which low extending rate is expressed on impregnating liquid or without crepe processing, a second sheet S1 processed by a high crepe processing and has an extending rate higher than that of the first sheet S1 is adhered by partially adhering at short adhering parts in an angle to the crepe wrinkle extending direction. Adhered parts A are formed in parallel arranged by rows of short adhering parts. When a cleaning agent is impregnated into each of first and second sheets S1 and S2, swellings of the second sheets S2 are generated between adhering parts A by the difference of extending rates of the sheets 1 and the sheets 2. As the result, a bulky wet sheet is constituted. |
