CONSTITUTION:The objective paste product contains parallelly arranged string fibers 2 firmly bonded with each other and integrated in the form of a rod in a state tearable between the string fibers 2 along each string fiber 2. It can be prepared by using ground meat paste of fish or shellfish such as walleye pollack as a main component, kneading, heating, melting and extruding the meat paste, cooling the extrusion product and forming in the form of a rod. |
