摘要 <p>In an electricity storing device in which electricity storing means (1-5) are connected in series, capacitors (C1-C5) which are connected in series to each other in a state where the capacitors (C1-C5) can respectively be connected in parallel with the means (1-5), switching means (S0-S6) which can switch the connecting mode of the means (1-5) between a first connection mode in which the means (1-5) are respectively connected in parallel with the capacitors (C1-C5) and a second connection mode in which the electricity storing means (2, 3, 4, 5 and 1) which are adjacent to the means (1, 2, 3, 4 and 5) respectively connected to the capacitors (C1-C5) in the first connection mode are respectively connected in parallel to the capacitors (C1-C5), and a control means (7) which controls the switching means (S0-S6) so that the means (S0-S6) can alternately switch the connection mode between the first and second modes in a prescribed cycle are provided so as to balance the voltages at the means (1-5) against each other by transferring charges among the means (1-5). The connection mode switching cycle is set to about 1/3 or smaller than the time constant which is found from the products of the resistance and the capacitance values of the capacitors (C1-C5).</p>
