PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize high-precision and stable control for the rotation angle (rotation position of an eccentric circular cam part, and to eliminate the occurrence of foreign sounds or deviation of initialization due to acceleration of wear at the time of using a spring clutch. SOLUTION: The rotary cam mechanism 1 of an image forming device M, where a revolving shaft 2 is provided with eccentric circular cam parts (main eccentric circular cam parts) 3a and 3b and following-up parts (main following-up parts) 4a and 4b in press contact with eccentric circular cam parts 3a and 3b are displaced by rotation of the revolving shaft 2, is provided with a balancer mechanism part 7, where the variance of rotational torque based on main eccentric circular cam parts 3a and 3b is canceled by an auxiliary eccentric circular cam part 5 which is rotated by the revolving shaft 2 and has rotational torque of a phase opposite to that of main eccentric circular cam parts 3a and 3b and an auxiliary following-up part 6 in press contact with the auxiliary eccentric circular cam part 5.
