A garment to control perspiration is composed of two types of fibres.The fibre types are concentrated on each outer fabric surface and are of different capillary characteristics so that moisture absorbed at one fabric surface is diverted to the other surface.Preferably the two types of fibres have transfer qualities related to hydrophilic action. The fibres are synthetic, or have at least one man-made material of polyester, nylon or acrylic. The fibres can be regenerated fibres.
