<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser heat printer which has a modulator with a fill of 100% or less in a single array and capable of achieving the 100% fill on a medium plane and forming an image on the medium plane as well as a method for printing an image with laser heat. SOLUTION: This laser printer 10 consists of a laser array 12, a laser small lens array 22, a modulator small lens array 30 and modulator array 40. In this case, a light beam emitted from the laser array 12 is focused on a modulator site 42 on the modulator array 40 by the small lens array 30. A printing lens 50 focuses an image from the modulator lens arrays on the medium plane 60.</p> |
