PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly release a molded product having a plurality of undercut parts. SOLUTION: At a time of the molding of a damper 11, a first undercut part 3a is formed by a demolding core 8 and a second undercut part 2a is formed by an extrusion core 12. The demolding core 8 has the first slide core 9 molding the surface of the first undercut part and the second slide core 10 molding the end surface of the undercut part. This mold is equipped with a control means allowing the demolding core 8 and the extrusion core 12 to cooperate in production timing. The control means operates the second slide core 10 in predetermined timing after the first slide core 9 is operated. Further, the second slide core 10 and the extrusion core 12 are operated at the same time. The force expanding a bamper 11 forcibly at the same time is applied to the first and second undercut parts 2a, 3a and the damper 11 is elastically formed over a wide range to perform mold release. |
