PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain superior anticontamination properties, chemical resistance and nonadhesion by applying a film of tetrafluororesin with a specific thickness to the surface of a chemically treated metal sheet through an adhesive layer and blending the film with a specific weight% of mica powder and/or silica powder with respectively specific particle diameter. SOLUTION: A film 5 of tetrafluorinated resin with a thickness of 5-30μm is applied through an adhesive layer 4. In addition, 3-30wt.% of mica powder and/or silica powder with a particle diameter of 0.5-20μm are blended with the film 5 of tetrafluorinated resin so that superior anticontamination properties, chemical resistance and nonadhesion are obtained. If the thickness of the film 5 of tetrafluorinated resin is 5μm or less, the properties such as noncontamination properties and chemical resistance are insufficient. However, if the thickness is 30μm or more, it is more than sufficient from the viewpoint of anticontamination properties and chemical resistance, resulting in the increase of manufacturing cost. The mica powder or the silica powder displays antiscartch properties and ultraviolet beam shielding property. |
