摘要 A header exchanging type hybrid optical waveguide sensor is provided to obtain high sensitivity by keeping the optimal SPP(Surface Plasmon Polariton) characteristic of a metal optical waveguide all the time by exchanging a sensor head unit at any time. In a header exchanging type hybrid optical waveguide sensor, a header combining unit(300) comprises a dielectric layer(320) having an optical signal input unit(I) and an optical signal output unit(O) formed at one end and a protruded part formed at the upper part and polymer layers(330) formed at the upper and lower parts of the dielectric layer. A sensor head unit(200) is composed of a protruded part formed at the upper part; a dielectric layer(220) formed at a portion of the inside and provided with a metal thin film of the predetermined size; polymer layers(230) formed at the upper and lower parts of the dielectric layer and provided with an opening unit(260) with the width broader than the metal thin film and disposed at a part corresponding to the metal thin film; and a receptor layer(240) formed on the upside of the dielectric layer exposed through the opening unit.
