PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently measure and gather the hand-over history of slave equipment of PHS. SOLUTION: A demodulation unit 3 demodulates and supplies a signal of center frequency (f), supplied through an antenna 1 and a tuner unit 2, to a CPU 8. When a link channel establishment request is sent from the slave equipment, a base station sends a link channel allocation message or link channel allocation rejection message including the identification code PS-ID of the slave equipment as an incoming identification code in response. Each time the message is received, the CPU 8 extracts a base station identification code CS-ID, which is an outgoing identification code included in the link channel allocation message, as a hand-over destination base station identification code and a base station identification code CS-ID, which is an outgoing identification code included in the link channel allocation rejection message, as a hand-cover rejecting base station identification code, and stores those codes in a RAM 5 while making them correspond to a measurement point of time or measurement point and also displays them on a display unit 7. |
