This invention concerns a solid filter (1) of any shape for filtering liquids for both technical and foodstuff industry use which is contructed: out of a mixture of 70-95 % by vol. of rounded granules (2) and 5-30 % by vol. of two or more component polymer bonding agents, preferably out 85-90 % by vol. or rounded granules (2) and 10-15 % by vol. of polymer bonding agent (3). The granules (2) are mineral and/or metal and are as nearly homogeneous in size as possible. This filter can be economically produced in very small batches, can be simply given a membrane or a coating (4), and can be given physical characteristics suitable to any application by adding aggregates during production. |
