PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to refer to or trace management information such as history and progress state even in the case of a work flow extended over different systems or non-routine operation. SOLUTION: Task management information for attaining a work flow is stored in a data base 11 and converted into a task sheet 3 to be an electronic document in each task by a conversion part 12 and the task sheet 3 is stored in a document data base 13 or a dis-closed document server 14. The task management information includes a pointer indicating relation between tasks and the storing positions of task sheets 3 corresponding to the tasks and the painter is included also in each task sheet 3. The task sheets 3 are linked by the pointer. At the time of tracing the pointer, the task sheets 3 of relational tasks can be referred to, a progress state can be grasped and the relational task sheets 3 can be traced. |
