PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the air from being enclosed in an ink passage when an ink cartridge is loaded to a printer to be firstly used after a user bought it. SOLUTION: There is disclosed a method for assembling a receiving member 6, to which a supply inlet of an ink cartridge is bonded, to a print head such that a head needle 8 of the print head is inserted into an ink introduction passage 13 of the receiving member 6 and a seal ring 14 attached to the inner section of the ink introduction passage 13. The receiving member 6 is assembled to the print head in a condition that the ink introduction passage 13 is filled with a conveying liquid B. |
