PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a gene, capable of facilitating the analysis of functions and useful for preparing a gene knockout mouse model to be a disease model for human pIgR protein deficiency by providing a specific DNA sequence thereto. SOLUTION: This gene has a DNA sequence represented by the formula. Furthermore, the gene is capable of coding a murine pIg receptor protein and has 30kb total length thereof, eleven exons, twelve introns, a TATA box and a pOlyA signal therein and further cleavage sites for restriction enzymes BmaHI, EcoRI, HindIII, Xbal and XhoI. |
