<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a positive displacement type pump rich in durability excellent in high temperature high pressure performance. SOLUTION: A device is constituted by a deformable hollow unit 1, high pressure resistant casing 2 storing this hollow unit, pressurizing means 3 for making an operating fluid in/out flow between the casing and the hollow unit 1, guide means for causing capacity contraction of the hollow unit 1 and a drive means 5 for changing a contact location with the hollow unit of the guide means. When operating fluid is injected, a capacity of the hollow unit 1 is contracted by the operating fluid of high pressure, an internal fed fluid is discharged to the outside at a pressure almost equal to that of the operating fluid. In accordance with releasing of pressure of the operating fluid, the inside of the casing becomes a negative pressure, a fed fluid is sucked to the hollow unit 1. The guide means pressing a prescribed location outside the hollow unit 1, at inflow time of operating fluid of high pressure in the casing, causes deformation, that is, capacity contraction of the hollow unit 1. The drive means 5, successively changing at each cycle the contact location between the guide means and the hollow unit 1, successively changes a deformation part of the hollow unit 1.</p> |
