FIELD: medicinal microbiology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new method of preparing the preparation for indication of diphtheria toxin on liquid nutrient medium. Method is realized in 0.05 M glycine-saline buffer solution, pH = 8.2-8.25, by immobilization of gamma-globulin showing immunity to diphtheria pathogen on surface of polystyrene latex particles activated with methacrylic acid and zinc methacrylate in the presence of bovine serum albumin, polyethylene glycol and preserving agent. The used latex is a mixture of modified polystyrene latex at dispersity 0.20-0.25 mcm and 1.1-1.2 mcm. Components for preparing the preparation were taken at definite ratio. EFFECT: improved method of preparing.
