FIELD: power-operated tools. SUBSTANCE: this relates to tools for mechanization of construction operations such as punching holes in various metal articles for example in rails for their joining by fastening members and can be used in producing various metal structures. Device has yoke with die secured on its one end, and barrel secured on other end. Die is provided with seat for removable interchangeable inserts with hole. Holes in inserts are of various diameters. Device is provided with several punches which are interchangeable and each of them, singly, is installed in barrel with fixing by means of sealing rings. At least one punch has recess for head of fastening member for example dowel which can be used for connecting together two metal sheets or other articles. Device is provided with power source for making punch moving. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 cl, 6 dwge
