PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stereoscopic image presentation device reduced in unnatural feeling and unpleasantness at the time of viewing the stereoscopic image. SOLUTION: This device presents an image generated by an image generator 11 on image presentation planes 12a, 12b of an image presentation part 12, detecting observation point information of closely observing an object presented on those image presentation planes 12a, 12b by an observation point detector 13, calculating a distance between the object and an observer by a computing element 14 based on the information, and calculating a convergence angle of sight lines of both eyes by a convergence angle calculator 15 for driving convergence motors 17, 18 to rotate the image presentation planes 12a, 12b so that the convergence angle is obtained. |
