PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately know the moving state of a moving object by providing detected sources which are installed along the movement path of the moving object and equipping the moving object with a storage part which previously stores arrangement information, a detection part, and an arithmetic processing part which obtains specific information. SOLUTION: For example, the moving object 301 is moving on a road where a detection source device 305 is installed as shown by an arrow. The detection part 311 of the moving object 301 detects a detection source 351 of the detection source device 305 and outputs a signal to the arithmetic processing part 312. The arithmetic processing part 312 processes the inputted detection signal by referring to the arrangement information on the detection source 305 which is previously stored in the memory. It is possible to obtain the current position of the moving object 301 from the position information on the detection source device 305. The moving object 301 displays the obtained information on a speed, etc., at a display part 317. An information providing device 304 sends the information on an information source 341 for the moving object to the detection source device 305 through a transmission part 342 and a transmitting antenna 343. |
