FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines; exhaust systems. SUBSTANCE: exhaust device has exhaust pipe and gas flow peripheral swirler consisting of swirl chamber and inlet. Swirler embraces central outlet of exhaust pipe. Swirler inlet is made in form of nozzle. Device has pipeline connecting side hole in exhaust pipe wall with swirler nozzle. Shape of inner surface of swirl chamber is Archimedean spiral whose minimum radius is equal to inner radius of exhaust pipe. Proposed device decreases amount of energy taken for providing the exhaust owing to reduction of full pressure on axis of stream by reducing energy losses in exhaust gas flow and increasing ejection effect.
