PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the communication cost, to improve the response, to guarantee the matching of data, and to hold the independency of a medical facility in emergency at the time of sharing the medical care information in an area among each of medical facilities. SOLUTION: The medical care information of all patients in an area is stored in a central data base(DB) 4, and information which is highly frequently used in a medical facility 1 is stored in an individual DB1a. When the information of the patient who visits the facility 1 is present in the DB1a, it is compared with the information of the patient in the DB4, and the lacking information is down-loaded to the DB1a. When any information is absent in the DB1a, all the information of the patient is down-loaded from the DB4. When any information is absent in the DB4 or the DB1a, information is newly prepared, and stored in the DB1a. The stored new information is up-loaded to the DB4 after a prescribed procedure. Certification information for the facility 1 by the patient is prepared at the time of newly preparing information, and stored in the DB4. At the time of down-loading the information, this certification information is confirmed. |
