FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, surface treatment of soil in irrigated agriculture. SUBSTANCE: working tool has tine and flat hoe. Tine is provided with shoe for coupling it with flexible member. Remote ends of flexible member are arranged on supporting surfaces and in openings of flat hoe wings. Windows are made in remote ends of flexible member. Flexible member is fastened in openings of flat hoe wings by retainers, whose convex parts are oriented toward windows of flexible member.
