PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispenser in which clogging of nozzle can be detected accurately at the time of sucking a sample into a suction channel. SOLUTION: Clogging of a nozzle is determined by comparing a pressure variation 101 when a sample of 50μl is sucked normally without causing any clogging and a pressure variation 106 when a sample of 50μl is not sucked normally due to clogging of nozzle with a threshold value 103 at a point 104. When a sample of 10μl is sucked, another threshold value 105 is set in order to determine clogging of nozzle by comparison. |
