Reaction apparatus comprising a work enclosure (1) bounded by a vault (2), a bottom (3), side walls (4, 5) and a door, a microwave energy generator (6) for the said enclosure, and a reactor (7) which has at least one neck (8) and which rests on a support (9) in the said enclosure. According to the invention the enclosure (1) is pierced with at least one passage (12) which allows the neck (8) of the reactor (7) to be placed in relation with a connecting conduit (13) integrally attached to an external device for carrying out a chemical reaction.
