The chamber of the jet head has an exchangeable insert (7) fitted inside it. The insert has an axially extending through-hole (8) and cross sectional form corresponding to the inner wall of the chamber. On the cleaning medium mixture inlet side end, the insert has a U-form recess (9) which extends radially over a circumferential side section of the insert in so that the cleaning medium mixture is received, swirled in the cavity between the through-hole and insert's inner wall, and directed to the outlet.
