<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the bonding strength at the interface of a composite head consisting of different kinds of metals to improve a sense of unity, by cast-coating a head frame constituting member over a face constituting member. SOLUTION: When a head frame main body is formed by casting or die- casting, a casting die 10 formed by the lost wax method, etc., is used and a face constituting member 12 preliminarily formed by punching, cutting, or sheeting is temporarily set and fixed in the casting die 10 before pouring a molten metal 11. Then, the molten metal 11 is poured into the casting die 10 in which the face constituting member 12 is fixed to cast-coat the outer periphery edge part 12a of the tapered face constituting member with the molten metal 11, and a part of the molten metal is poured into counter sunk holes 13 and 13 bored on the lower part of the face constituting member 12 and solidified to obtain a bonded and unified composite head.</p> |
