A sand crusher having a triple stage crushing impact rotor and a saw tooth shaped anvil is provided to minimize damages on the side wall of the impact rotor caused by repulsive force of raw stone and to improve the crushing efficiency. An impact rotor of sand crusher includes: a top plate(22); a feeder ring(21) attached on the center of the top plate to guide raw stones entered into inlet; a lower plate(23); an injecting cone(24) established on the center of the lower plate to inject the raw stones to be treated into the impact rotor; three side walls(25) having an outlet for the raw stones, which are established between the top plate(22) and the lower plate(23); and three stage impact panels(26,27,28) comprising the first impact panel(26), the second impact panel(27), and the third impact panel(28).
