PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain easily a molded form, having super-thin thickness locally, and prevent the producing of a weld line by a method wherein the predetermined site of molten resin is compressed by a locally compressing mechanism at a time before finishing the filling of the molten resin into the molding space of a mold having uniform thickness as a whole. SOLUTION: A first compression core 5, having a rectangular section, and a second compression core 6, having a rectangular and tubular section, are provided in a movable side mold 2 while the first and second compression cores 5, 6 are constituted of a double structure. Molten resin is injected from a gate 4 into the molding space 3 of the mold while a first compression core 5 is driven to advance by a predetermined amount at a timing before prevailing the molten resin 7 completely into the predetermined zone for forming a part having a super-thin thickness and finishing the injection and filling of the molten resin 7. Accordingly, the molten resin 7 under the condition of not grown yet in a skin layer of predetermined zone of forming the part having a super-thin thickness is compressed by the first compression core 5 whereby the part having the super-thin thickness of S3=0.13mm is formed. According to this method, an excellent accuracy in the size of thickness of a supper-thin part can be secured and a weld line is not generated on the part having the super-thin thickness. |
