A welder heating system for production of plastic tube mats comprises parallel flexible plastic tubes welded to a collecting tube including two parallel basic bodies (3,4) located at a distance from each other on a base plate (1). One or more heating elements (5) are arranged in a parting plane (8) of the first basic body (3) along the length of the hot plate welding tool (7) and other heating elements (9) are located in the second basic body (4) at a right angle to a hot plate welding tool (10).
