METHOD FOR PRODUCING TRAMADOL AND SALTS THEREOF

Disclosed is a production method of tramadol and its salts f or pharmaceutical use. The synthesis of the tramadol by Grignard' s reaction is advantageously realised under the low temperatures and in the reaction there is used the oversupply of the bromide 3 -methoxy phenylmagnesium and the oversupply of the 3-bromoanisole . For the advantageous finishing of the additive reaction the rea ction mixture is concentrated by the evaporation of the tetrahydr ofurane. The remainder of the reaction mixture is hydrolysed and the tramadol is extracted into the organic solvent, from which th e tramadol concentrate, suitable for further use for preparation of the salts without distillation, is prepared.
