PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positive photosensitive compsn. and a photosensitive planographic printing plate having high sensitivity and good balance in developing property and chemical resistance, printing durability and adaptability for a ball-point pen. SOLUTION: This photosensitive compsn. contains a o-quinonediazide compd. and an alkali-soluble resin, and moreover, it contains polyurethane containing at least one of SO3 N, OSO3 M, COOM, PO(OM)2 or OPO(OM)2 , wherein M is an alkali metal or ammonium. |
