PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance physical and chemical strengths and developability in a good balance by incorporating a resin obtained by condensing an aromatic dialdehyde having phenolic hydroxyl groups with a diamine. SOLUTION: The condensed resin is obtained by dissolving the aromatic dialdehyde having phenolic hydroxyl groups and the diamine in a proper solvent and stirring them at a room temperature for a proper time. The aromatic dialdehyde having the phenolic hydroxyl groups is embodied by 2- oxyisophthalaldehyde and 2-oxy-5-methylisophthalaldehyde and the like, and the diamine is embodied by ethylenediamine and trimethylenediamimne and the like. As the component which can be added in addition to this, an o- quinonediazido compound having an o-quinonediazido group in the molecule and a diazonium salt are useful, and any diazonium salt may be used, so long as it functions as a photosensitive material. |
