Production of small and micro-parts

Production of small and micro-parts made of a moulding composition comprises: (a) evacuating the mould with integrated mould insert; (b) placing the moulding composition into the mould under pressure where a low viscosity moulding composition is used, which contains a component hardenable by short wave light; (c) irradiating with short wave light while maintaining a post pressure to completely harden the composition; and (d) opening the mould and removing the moulding.
