PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform simple assembling work by holding at a position where a steering shaft is put between in a step for assembling an upper cover to a steering wheel support part. SOLUTION: A cable connector for electrical part 18 fits a female side connector 18a to a tip of a cable for steering support part side electrical part 16 and fits a male side connector 18b to a tip of a cable for upper cover side electrical part 13 and fits the male side connector 18 to the female side connector 18a. The cable connector for electrical part 18 and a cable connector for inflator 19 are held at a position where a steering shaft 2 is held between through a bracket for connector 20 mounted in a steering support shaft 4. The upper cover side electrical part 13 and a cable for upper cover side inflator 14 are bundled by using a bundling tool 24 at the upper cover side. Whereby, assembling work can be performed with simple work. |
